Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) Skills Class

Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) is an intervention for people who struggle with difficulties related to over-control, including extreme perfectionism and emotional loneliness.  It was developed by Thomas Lynch, Ph.D., over the course of more than 20 years of research.  More information about RO-DBT can be found here.

People with high self control tend to have traits that society views favorably, such as being hard working, high-achieving and attentive to detail.  However, extreme over-control can lead to behaviors that interfere with building meaningful social connections.  People with too much self control also often struggle with burn out and can feel exhausted by social interactions.

*I am not starting new classes at this time.  Feel free to check for future updates.
